• All travel dates are for valid for 2026 travel period only.

• Rates quoted are based on per person with minimum number of pax to run the tour; based on twin sharing rooms. Other room requirements are available upon request.

• Rates reflected on USD currency will be converted to PHP at the time of purchase.

• All tours are valid for minimum number of pax stated; if the total group size * becomes lower, applicable surcharge will apply.

• 50% deposit of the total package amount is required and will be non-refundable 1 month from the tour date should the passenger decides to cancel.

• Refund due to visa denial, medical reason, or death will be processed upon submission of supporting documents.

• Visa can be guaranteed as long as the traveler has no history of denial.

• Metrobank Cardholders are entitled for a cashback in a form of a discount voucher upon availment on select group tour packages.

• The cashback voucher is valid for the next booking only of selected AMKOR Travel & Tours Inc. group tour packages for 2026 departures, subject to availability and applicable booking conditions. Redemption must be made prior to booking finalization and may not be applied retroactively. Unless otherwise stated, cashback vouchers have no fixed expiration date but remain subject to company policies and applicable Philippine laws.

• Redemption is allowed in person at Amkor Travel & Tours Inc.’s head office (RM 108, West City Plaza Building, #66 West Avenue, Quezon City) or through official redemption instructions provided by the company. Only the original voucher holder may redeem the voucher. Presentation of a valid government-issued ID may be required. Online redemption is not allowed unless expressly stated.

• The original, undamaged physical voucher must be presented upon redemption. Photocopies, digital copies, altered, defaced, or tampered vouchers will not be honored. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced

• The voucher is valid for single transaction only and one (1) voucher per receipt. Vouchers may not be accumulated or combined in a single transaction. Partial redemptions are not allowed. Any unused value shall be forfeited.

• The voucher has no cash value and is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash, credit, or any monetary equivalent.

• The voucher may only be applied to eligible AMKOR Travel group tour packages. It may not be used for visa services, airline tickets, travel insurance, hotel-only bookings, or any other service not expressly stated as eligible.

• Cashback vouchers may only be used after completion of the original trip for which the voucher was issued. If the original booking is cancelled, refunded, or deemed non-viable, the voucher shall be automatically forfeited and void

• In the event that the originally enlisted passenger(s) or group booking for which the voucher was issued is cancelled, refunded, or does not push through, the voucher shall be automatically forfeited and may not be reinstated, replaced, or exchanged.

• The voucher may be transferred to another individual but may not be resold, bartered, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes. Any unauthorized resale or misuse shall render the voucher void.

• Physical vouchers are issued only upon full payment verification. For credit card payments, issuance is subject to successful transaction processing.
