How to avail:
a. Visit the AXA booth during The Metrobank Travel Fair or https://www.metrobank.com.ph/insurance/non-life
b. Click “Get a Quote” and enter the following travel details: Travel Type, Policy Type, Origin, Destination, Departure Date, Return Date, Number of Adult and Children Travelling
c. In the Group Code section, use the code: MBAXA20.
d. Based on travel details entered, select the desired travel insurance planbased on preferred set of benefits and coverage amount limits
e. For international travelers, select the travel insurance plan type; (Essential, Classic, or Elite)
f. Indicate required details of the traveler including beneficiaries.
g. Review travel insurance plan selected, travel details, and personal information entered.
h. Settle payment by clicking ‘Buy Now’.
i. On the payment page, indicate and pay using the qualified Metrobank credit or debit card.Once payment has been made, a confirmation and a copy of the travel insurance policy will be sent through the cardholder’s nominated e-mail address.

Terms and conditions
a. Promo is valid for travelers aged 18-70 years old for adults and 0 -17 years old for children (must be accompanied by their parents or guardian). For travelers age 71 years old and up, please call (02) 8 581 5292 assistance.
b. Promo is applicable to purchases of travel insurance for domestic and international travel (single trip and/or annual multi-trip).
c. The promo codes may be used multiple times within the promo period.
d. Failure to key-in the appropriate promo code shall disqualify the cardholder from availing the discount. The travel insurance coverage is valid within the travel period indicated during purchase. e. A valid government-issued ID of the traveler is required to purchase the travel insurance.
