3. Terms and Conditions:

   • Fares are inclusive of 7 kg carry-on baggage allowance.

   • Free check-in baggage allowance varies and is dependent on the fare availed.

   • Advertised fares are exclusive of government-imposed transportation taxes and fees.

   • Seats are limited. Fares may vary by destination and may not be available on some flights that operate during holidays and peak season dates

   • Fares are subject to change until ticketed.

   • Tickets are valid for the named passenger only and are not transferable.

   • A name correction can be processed if the booking was made within 24 hours, provided the passenger reached out to us within that timeframe. We allow name corrections for 1-3 letters only.

   • Tickets are nonrefundable.

   • For lite fares, this is always subject to a rebooking fee of ₱2,500 per way/per passenger, plus any difference in fare. If the rebooking was made within end of the same day from the time of booking, then the rebooking fee is waived but still subject to fare difference if no same class is available. This also applies to incorrect routes. Any changes made less than 8 hours before the departure time are no longer allowed.

   • For Value and Plus Fare, free one-time rebooking, but subject to fare difference as per seat availability. A rebooking fee of P2,500 per way/per passenger will apply if the change request is made less than 72 hours before the flight. Any changes made less than 8 hours before the departure time are no longer allowed.

   • Any change in itinerary may result in an increase in fare, rebooking fees, and the difference must be paid upon rebooking. Failure to cancel prior to departure will result in forfeiture of remaining funds on the ticket.

   • Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice. The airline shall not be responsible for the passenger's missed connecting flights.

   • Passengers are allowed to have an additional check-in baggage depending on the weight limitation capacity and availability of additional check-in baggage allocation. Additional baggage will be charged accordingly.

   • Passengers are strongly encouraged to remove valuable and fragile items from their check-in baggage. Sunlight Air will not be responsible for the damages these items may sustain.

   • Passengers must ensure that their luggage is sturdy and well-secured enough for check-in to withstand the rigors of carriage by air without sustaining damage except for ordinary wear and tear. Kindly note that the use of bags made of a thin material (e.g. sack bag, paper bag, grocery bag), is discouraged. Should passengers use such bags to transport their items, the airline will not be liable for any damage that their items may undergo.

   • Carriage of passengers and baggage is subject to Sunlight Airs Conditions of Carriage. Management reserves the right to refuse boarding and carriage to any passenger who violates any item in the Conditions of Carriage.    	No show application 1. When change / reissue / refund is requested within 24 hours prior to departure or after departure of the original scheduled flight shown in the e-ticket, the automated ticket exchange tools will consider passenger as NO -SHOW FEE. 2. If the original reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the departure of the original flight in order to avoid NO- SHOW ,but the new reservation /re-issue / refund is made after departure of the original flight, it is permitted to perform manual transaction without using the automated ticket exchange tools in order to avoid the collection of the NO-SHOW FEE by submitting the proof of evidence under required circumstances. 3. In case any applicable NO-SHOW FEE is missing TG will send ADM. Change against no show In case of no show only one fee is to be charged i.e. either the no-show fee or the change fee whichever is higher and not both. A) Change outbound or inbound , charge the highest of fee of changed fare component.    CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNT	For aircraft B789 - Infant without seat (under 2 years) travelling in business class must pay CHD fare (Charge 75% of Fare) and occupy seat with own approved car seat.

Exception - infants who reach their 2nd birthday during their travel will be required to occupy a seat on the outbound and inbound flights. The child fare must be apply for the whole journey.
   MISCELLANEOUS DATA	This fare may not be used as a high or low fare when calculating a differential. This fare may not be used as a through fare when pricing a fare component with a differential.
