Qualified Cardholders
Complimentary airport lounge access at PAGSS lounges in the Philippines (“Lounge”) is available to active principal and supplementary Metrobank Travel Signature Visa cardholders in good credit standing (“Cardholder”).
Eligible Lounge Locations and Program Coverage
Requirements for Lounge Access
To avail of the complimentary airport Lounge access, the Cardholder must present the following documents to the Lounge staff:
a. Active and unexpired Metrobank Travel Signature Visa
b. Valid Boarding pass bearing the Cardholder’s name
c. Passport (or any Valid photo-bearing government issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS Digitized ID, Postal ID, BIR TIN ID, PRC ID, or NBI Clearance)
Process for Lounge Access
By availing of the complimentary airport Lounge access, the Cardholder consents to the collection, use, processing and storage of the following information relating to the cardholder:
The foregoing information shall be collected by Lounge upon accomplishment of the Lounge Access Form and shall be shared with Metrobank. PAGSS and Metrobank shall process, use and store the information collected for the purpose of administering and implementing the Complimentary Airport Lounge Access Program in line with their respective data privacy policies and pursuant to the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
The airport Lounge access is not convertible to cash, credit, or other goods and services.
Cardholders who avail of the Complimentary Airport Lounge Access Program understand and agree that by using the airport Lounge, they are subject to the conditions of use, operations and policies imposed by the airport Lounge operator, such as but not limited to the following:
The Cardholder understands that Metrobank is not responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of the PAGSS Lounges. The Cardholder agrees to hold Metrobank free and harmless from any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred arising from or in connection with his/her availment of the Lounge access.
Access to the Lounge is subject to availability at the time of availment. PAGSS shall have the right to limit access to its Lounges during limited high-volume time periods to prevent overcrowding and inconvenience to the passengers. Affected Cardholders who intended to avail of the Lounges may, with their consent, be transferred to other affiliated Lounges.
Authorized personnel of the PAGSS Lounges reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any Cardholder at its full and absolute discretion, if:
All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for or availment of the Lounge access shall be resolved by Metrobank. The decision of Metrobank shall be considered as final.
Metrobank may at any time vary, modify, delete or amend, in whole or in part, these Terms and Conditions, the manner of availing and the Cardholders. Such modifications and amendments shall be effective on such date or dates as determined solely by Metrobank and with prior notice to Cardholders. In addition, Metrobank reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion, with notice to Cardholders, to revoke the airport Lounge access or terminate the Complimentary Airport Lounge Access Program.
Fraud, abuse, unruly behavior or any unlawful or unauthorized action relating to the use of the Lounge and availment of the Complimentary Airport Lounge Access Program may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Complimentary Airport Lounge Access Program, suspension or cancellation of his/her card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the airport Lounge access (subject to prevailing Lounge access fees) to the Cardholder’s credit card account, at Metrobank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any other legal action that may be taken by Metrobank’s against the Cardholder.
Metrobank shall not be held responsible for any disputes or claims that may occur between the Cardholder, and/or any guests or the Lounge operator, and shall not be liable for any costs, damages, losses or expenses related to such disputes. Furthermore, Metrobank accepts no responsibility for the Cardholder and/or his or her guest’s actions when accessing the airport Lounge and shall not be responsible for the personal belongings brought into the airport Lounge by the Cardholder.
In case any portion of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the portions not otherwise affected shall remain valid and enforceable.
By availing of the Complimentary Airport Lounge Access Program, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the Metrobank Credit Card Terms & Conditions and these Terms and Conditions.
