Metrobank policy related to converted accounts

Online banking individual account profiles with single and primary Savings or Checking accounts converted to Corporate, ITF, or “Joint AND” accounts are no longer eligible to access Metrobank Online and the Metrobank Mobile App.

Converting Savings or Checking individual accounts to Corporate, ITF, or “Joint AND” accounts puts restrictions on withdrawals and transfers from the account. Therefore, access to Metrobank Online and the Metrobank Online App will be suspended.

For ITF and “Joint AND” accounts, you can check balances at your convenience though our self-service hotline by calling (02) 88-700-700.

An integrated voice response system will prompt you to key in your 13-digit account number, and date of birth, and One-Time Password that is sent to your registered mobile number.

If you don’t have any other personal accounts, open a new one with us. To open an account, just visit the nearest Metrobank branch and bring one valid ID.
