Metrobank App update required for Android users

For your enhanced protection, the Metrobank App will require Android 8.0 or higher starting May 30, 2025.

To check your Android version:

1. Go to ‘Settings’
2. Tap ‘About phone’ or ‘About tablet’
3. Look for the indicated Android version

If you’re using Android 7.0 or below, please update your device’s operating system to continue using the app.

To update your device to the latest Android version:

1. Go to ‘Settings’
2. Tap ‘System,’ then tap ‘System/Software update’
3. Follow the steps
