Metrobank doubles InstaPay limit to PHP 100,000 per day for more flexible daily transactions

Metrobank has increased the daily transfer limit for InstaPay transactions to PHP100,000 starting April 22, giving accountholders more flexibility in managing their everyday transactions.

Previously capped at PHP50,000 per day, the higher limit allows clients to send more funds within the same day, whether for supporting family, paying bills, or handling urgent expenses. The per transaction limit remains at PHP50,000, enabling multiple transfers throughout the day.

With InstaPay transfers to other banks or e-wallets now at just PHP 8 – our lowest fee yet – clients can get more out of every transaction. Transfers between Metrobank accounts continue to be free.

As digital transactions become part of daily routines, the higher limit makes it easier for clients to complete more payments without having to spread them across several days. This is helpful for time-sensitive needs, from sending allowances to settling payments for services or small business expenses.
