Open the app and tap SIGN UP.
Type in your deposit or credit card account number and give it an alias or a name. Tap NEXT.
Please use your 13-digit account number. Call your branch of account for assistance if you can’t remember.
If you are using your Metrobank credit card or YAZZ prepaid card, you may use your 16-digit card number.
Enter your mobile number and email address. Tap NEXT. Provide your first name, last name, and nickname. Tap NEXT.
Create your username and password. Scroll down and nominate your 6-digit passcode. Tap NEXT. Remember, do not share your password and passcode to anyone.
Enter the one-time password (OTP) that you will receive via SMS. Tap NEXT. Enter the OTP that you will receive via email. Tap NEXT.
Tap PROCEED TO DASHBOARD That’s it! You can now use the NEW Metrobank App.
