Each winner will be notified via their mobile phone number (SMS) and email address that were registered in Metrobank Online. Winners can also call the Metrobank Contact Center at (02) 88-700-700 for questions on how to claim their prizes.

Upon delivery of the prize to the winner's chosen address, winners will need to present to the courier one (1) valid government-issued ID and the notification from Metrobank informing the client they won as proof upon claiming of prize.
