Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank) continues to strengthen its nationwide presence with the opening of three new branches in key locations across Luzon and Visayas in the first quarter of the year.
The bank recently inaugurated two branches in Quezon City - E. Rodriguez-Hemady (New Manila) and San Bartolome (Novaliches) - as well as one branch in Cebu City at the Cebu APM Mall.
The expansion underscores Metrobank’s commitment to making banking more accessible and convenient for Filipinos, particularly for those who value in-person interactions alongside digital channels.
“Even as we continue to enhance our digital capabilities, our branches remain at the heart of how we serve our clients, providing personalized, face-to-face service that builds trust and long-term relationships,” the bank said.
By maintaining a strong physical presence while investing in digital innovation, Metrobank delivers a more holistic and inclusive banking experience for individuals and businesses alike.
Metrobank is the country's second largest private universal bank that empowers both retail and business clients with customized financial products and services fit to help reach their goals and full potential.
To date, it has an extensive consolidated network that spans over 719 domestic branches nationwide, more than 1,719 ATMs, 83 CAMs (Cash Accepting Machines), 10 WDMs (Withdrawal and Deposit Machines) and 4 foreign branches, subsidiaries, and representative offices.
