Discontinuance of Bills Payment and select ATM services

Starting July 1, 2026, Bills Payment will no longer be available on all Metrobank Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) nationwide. The following ATM services will also be discontinued:

  • Statement Print
  • Statement Request
  • Checkbook Request

These services will also be unavailable on other banks’ ATMs when accessed using a Metrobank Debit or Prepaid Card.

This update is part of our efforts to streamline ATM services, improve system reliability, and align with the capabilities of our next-generation ATMs.

You can still enjoy 24/7 access to bills payment and other non-cash services on the Metrobank App and the Metrobank Online site.
