Get a P500 SM Gift Pass when you spend at least PHP 3,000 using your Metrobank Prime Debit or Prepaid Mastercard® anywhere on your birth month.

The Metrobank 2021 Birthday Offer shall run from November 8 to December 31, 2021 (“Promo Period”).
The promo is open to account holders of the Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard or Prepaid card, who celebrates their birthday on the months of November or December, and whose email address or mobile number is working and registered* with Metrobank.

*Account holder must ensure that the email address or mobile number registered with the bank is updated and active. If no email or SMS is received, contact information may be updated at any Metrobank branch to be included in future promotions and communications of Metrobank.
To qualify, the Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard or Prepaid card account holders should:

a. Receive an email or SMS about the Birthday offer from Metrobank;
i. For those who received the email, they should click the “Join Now” button to signify their confirmation to be part of the promo.
ii. For those who received the SMS, they are automatically qualified and included as part of the promo.

b. Purchase online or in-store for a minimum of Php3,000 using the Metrobank Prime Debit Mastercard or Prepaid card during their birth month.

c. Fulfill the promo requirements in items 3a and 3b within the Confirmation and Purchase period**.
Qualified customers will be entitled to one (1) Php500 SM Gift Pass.
Customers with valid transactions will receive a notification email or SMS from Metrobank with the voucher code and details on how to redeem the Php500 SM Gift Pass.

To claim the Php 500 SM Gift Pass, qualified Metrobank accountholders must present the confirmation email or SMS from Metrobank with the voucher code at the Bills Payment counter of any SM Department Store nationwide during the redemption period.

Only account holders who have received the following will qualify in the promo:

a. An SMS from Metrobank about the Birthday offer or;

b. An email from Metrobank about the Birthday offer and clicked the “Join Now” button in the received email during the confirmation period
The Offer is valid for online or in-store transactions.
Metrobank Online and Metrobank Mobile Banking transactions are excluded from the promo.
The online or in-store transaction must be a single-receipt purchase of at least Php3,000.
Only one (1) redemption per qualified account holder is allowed during the promo period.
Redemptions without the email or SMS confirmation and voucher code from Metrobank will not be honored.
All unredeemed SM Gift Passes from the promo shall be forfeited after the Redemption Period.
The Offer is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or any other product.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metrobank. In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank shall be final, with consent from DTI.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
