PHP 250,000 daily limit on bill payments

For added security, Metrobank will set a daily limit for bill payment transactions at PHP 250,000 per account starting April 14, 2023.

This means that you can pay bills of up to PHP 250,000 daily on Metrobank online banking platforms. If you have a bill amount above PHP 250,000, you may pay in separate transactions over two days.

Scheduled bill payments above the limit or cumulative bill payments (one-time or scheduled) that exceed the daily limit will be rejected after the said date.
