Promo Eligibility

  1. All applications received from June 1 to September 30, 2022 and booked up to November 30, 2022 shall enjoy a partial/total fee waiver, low rate (for 60 months term) and pre-qualified Metrobank Toyota Mastercard credit card.
  2. Minimum loan term of 3 years (36 months).
  3. Minimum loan amount of P500,000.00
  4. Applicable to purchase and reimbursement of brand-new vehicles for private and commercial use (retail or corporate facility sourced accounts).
  5. Vehicles sourced from non-authorized dealerships (gray market) are not qualified for the promotion.
  6. Waived fees, special interest rates, and pre-qualified credit cards can be availed separately.

Clients with existing Metrobank credit cards shall not qualify for the welcome gift offer.

  1. The loan availed under this promo is locked-in for the entire term of the loan.

  2. For the entire term of the loan, the client:
    a. Shall not partially pay/pre-terminate/fully pay the loan.
    b. Shall not request for amendment of the originally approved terms and conditions, such as change in rate or loan term.

  3. In case of violation of any of the above conditions, regardless of the timing in relation to the term of the loan, the client shall reimburse the Bank of the total waived fees and the rate difference between the board interest rate at the time of loan booking and the promo rate.

  4. The client shall keep the vehicle under this promo for private use only and not convert the same to a public utility vehicle for the entire loan term.

  5. The pre-termination payback is waived if the loan is fully paid via collections of insurance proceeds.

  6. The client shall authorize the Bank to hold the release of original LTO OR/CR, Deed of Cancellation/Release of Chattel Mortgage, and other documents relative to the motor vehicle until maturity/full settlement of the loan and/or until any unpaid obligation is settled.

  7. The promo is non-transferrable and may not be availed in conjunction with other on-going promotional activities or other special considerations.

  8. The Bank must be advised in writing, if client opts to avail of other on-going promotional activities or other special considerations.

  9. The pre-qualified credit card may only be availed by individual loan borrowers.

  10. The pre-qualified credit card may be offered to either principal loan borrower or co-borrower as principal credit cardholder but cannot be both. The other loan borrower may apply as supplementary card credit cardholder.

  11. All pre-qualified Metrobank credit card applications shall be subject to Metrobank’s final approval.

  12. All pre-qualified Metrobank credit card applications shall undergo standard credit evaluation. Pre-qualification means that Client has met the basic eligibility requirements.

  13. Standard Metrobank Car Loan and Metrobank Credit Card Terms and Conditions shall apply.

  14. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
