  1. The raffle promo is open to all “Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) accountholders who will sign-up and use their Metrobank Online and Metrobank Mobile App to buy load.”
  2. Promo Period is from May 02, 2022 to July 31, 2022 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time).
  3. Metrobank accountholders who successfully purchase any eligible Globe load products via Metrobank Online and/or the Metrobank Mobile App during the Promo Period will automatically be qualified to join the draw.
  4. This is applicable to all promo and regular load products.
  5. The following eligible transactions on Metrobank Online and the Mobile App have the corresponding number of entries:

  1. Accountholders who have successfully signed-up on Metrobank Online (“New Users”) may earn at least one (1) raffle entry for a minimum prepaid load purchase of PHP 150 on the same day of their sign-up. Existing Users who purchase prepaid load may earn raffle entries for a minimum prepaid load purchase of PHP 300.


Four (4) Metrobank accountholders will each win a brand-new Apple iPhone 13 with 128GB.


  1. Raffle draws will be on June 15, July 15, and August 15, 2022 through Webex / The Metrobank Card Center, Ayala Ave., Makati, 1226, Metro Manila

  2. Only raffle entries in the specified covered period will be eligible for the respective draw dates:

  1. Winner will be randomly selected through an electronic raffle draw via random.org

  2. There will be 1 winner each for the first and second draw and 2 winners on the third draw.

  3. The raffle draws will be conducted with the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Representative and a representative from ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc.

  4. Winners will be announced within seven (7) business days after the raffle draw in the Metrobank social media account and its website.


  1. The accountholder authorizes Metrobank to give necessary information to its promo partner (ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc.) and governmental authorities (DTI) to perform and complete the announcement and claiming process.

  2. Metrobank will be responsible for notifying the winners thru SMS and eDM using the mobile number and email address registered on their account within fourteen (14) banking days after the raffle draw date with the data consent form and the details on how to claim the prize as specifically stated in terms and conditions.

  1. Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company and ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc. employees and relatives up to 3rd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.

  2. Only non-scheduled and successful Load Prepaid transactions within the Promo Period are eligible to earn raffle entries. Any scheduled transactions will not earn raffle entries, regardless if executed within promo period.

  3. Previous raffle entries will no longer be included in succeeding raffle draws.

  4. A winner can only win once during the promo duration. A winner’s future entries will no longer be included in succeeding raffle draws.

  5. ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc. through their 3rd party accredited logistics agency, will be coordinating and facilitating the delivery to the winner’s chosen address, subject to delivery lead times and quarantine/lockdown protocols for affected areas as well as any national and local government protocol requirements or considerations. Any delivery date commitment is approximate and is not guaranteed. The delivery fee will be shouldered by ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc.

  6. Winners will need to present to ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc. one (1) valid government- issued ID and the notification from Metrobank informing the client they won as proof upon claiming of prize

  7. Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.

  8. Winners will not be able to choose the color of the iPhone 13 raffle prize.

  9. Winners must allow Metrobank to use his/her name in the announcement in the Metrobank website.

  10. The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metrobank and ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc. In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank and ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc. shall be final, with consent from DTI.

  11. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

  12. Metrobank is not an agent of ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc. and makes no representation as to the quality of the services and products provided. All feedback regarding quality of services and prizes provided should be directed to ATM Prepaid Solutions, Inc.
