Only Metrobank CASA Accountholders with no Metrobank Online or Metrobank Mobile App account enrolled as of Promo Period date are eligible to join the promo.
Promo period is from November 11, 2021 to January 10, 2022 only.
Metrobank accountholders must do any of the eligible Online transactions below to qualify for this promo.
The following eligible Metrobank Online and Metrobank Mobile App transactions have the corresponding number of entries:
Accountholder may only earn one (1) raffle entry for successful sign-up in Metrobank Online within the Promo Period. No raffle entries will be awarded to repeat sign-ups of clients within the Promo Period.
Only non-scheduled and successful financial transactions within the Promo Period are eligible to earn raffle entries. Any scheduled transactions will not earn raffle entries, regardless if executed within promo period.
If an accountholder transfers funds to the same third party Metrobank account multiple times within the day, only the first fund transfer with an amount of at least Php1,000 will earn the raffle entry.
Fund transfer to own Metrobank accounts are not eligible to earn raffle entries.
A total of 59 Metrobank accountholders will win any of these electronic Gift Certificates (eGCs) prizes:
All promo-eligible Metrobank Online transactions from November 11, 2021 to January 10, 2022 are qualified for the two (2) raffle draws.
A winner can only win once during the promo duration and entry will no longer be included in succeeding raffle draws.
If an accountholder is drawn more than once during the raffle draw, the accountholder will automatically win the prize that is of higher value.
Raffle draws will be on December 28, 2021 and January 28, 2022 in Metrobank Plaza Building, Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave, Makati, 1225 Metro Manila
Winners will be selected randomly during raffle draws. The raffle draws will be done electronically under the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Representative.
CLAIMING OF PRIZES
Winners will be announced within three (3) business days after the raffle draw in the Metrobank social media account and its website.
Metrobank will upload the eGC codes to the winner’s Metrobank Online account and will be contacting using the mobile number and email address linked to their bank account within ten (10) calendar days after the raffle draw date with the instructions to redeem the token codes.
eGC prizes are valid for redemption only within 3 months from receipt of notification.
All tax on prizes will be shouldered by Metrobank.
RAFFLE PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promo is subject to the terms and conditions of Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank). In case of dispute, the decision of Metrobank shall be final, with consent from DTI.
All employees of Metrobank and third party agencies involved are disqualified from joining the promo.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
The use of Metrobank E-channels in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank E-channels.

Each eGC has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item.
To use the eGC at the store, the code or the QR must be given by the recipient to the store manager for validation.
The recipient must wait for the store manager to finish the validation process. The store manager will receive a validation response indicating the eGC amount and validity. The store manager will follow only what is indicated in the validation response.
The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGC or QR code. The recipient must only give this to the store manager once he/she commits to use it at the store.
In the event that the store's eGC validation system is offline or unavailable, the store manager shall politely decline to accept the eGC. The recipient may still use the eGC when the system is back online or they can visit the other participating locations.
The eGC is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGC is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGC amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the accountholder and the corresponding merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI.
LAZADA EGC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Lazada eGC may come in the form of a voucher code that can be used upon checkout at their website and/or mobile app.
For voucher codes, only one (1) voucher is allowed per checkout. If the purchase value is less than the eGC voucher, the excess amount will no longer be valid or carried over in the next purchase.
The eGC voucher is not valid for use on the shipping fee.
The eGC voucher may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.
The eGC voucher is subject to other terms and/or conditions of Lazada.
Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Lazada, with the concurrence of the DTI.
Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period
